What are the dates and times of this year’s music festival?

Keynsham Music Festival runs a full week of events in and around the town, as detailed in our programme. The festival culminates with a weekend of events in Keynsham Memorial Park on the 4th and 5th of July 2026.

Does KMF hold events at any other time of the year?

Yes, we do! You can find events listed on this website, on social media and on Event Bookings.

Where is the festival?

Keynsham Music Festival is held in Keynsham Memorial Park, there are multiple entrances, but the four primary entrances used are:

  • Avon Mill Lane Entrance – entering over the bridge ///envy.clip.blitz
  • Bath Hill Entrance – Memorial Gate BS31 1HL  ///drum.each.amused
  • Station Road Entrance – The Park Entrance BS31 2BL ///united.major.noise
  • Backlane Entrance – Off High Street ///taps.enjoy.busy
How do I find you?
  • By Train – Keynsham Station is only a three minute walk away
  • By Bus – stops are only a two minute walk from the festival 349 (First Bus) Bristol to Keynsham via Temple Meads and Brislington 14 (First Bus).
  • By car – A4 from Bath and Bristol. From the North/Staple Hill area, take A4175 (Station Road/Avon Mill Lane).
  • Blue Badge Parking – there is limited disabled parking for Blue Badge holders.
  • Walking 3 main entrances – park off Station Road (top of park), entrance way off the high street next to Grounded (foot only). Bath Hill entrance through the Memorial Gates.
Programme of events
  • The festival is mostly a free festival with pay what you can donations on the gate.
  • The full programme of events will be released on the website in early June.

Is Keynsham Music Festival Free?
  • The festival week long events and the festival big weekend is mostly a free festival with pay what you can donations on the gate.
  • We do rely on donations to keep everything going, and some events are ticketed.
  • We suggest a donation of £5. If you’re able to give more, we’re always incredibly grateful. If that’s not possible, please just give what you can. Everyone is welcome.
  • Keynsham Music Festival also does a limited number of ticketed events during the festival week and throughout the year.
Can I bring a dog?

Yes, you can bring a dog. Dogs MUST be kept on a lead at all times. You are responsible for picking up your dog’s mess and for its behaviour. If it can’t cope with crowds and loud music, we suggest leaving your dog at home.

Food Traders
  • There is a wide variety of food stalls on site, from Thai and World Foods, classic burgers and German sausages, vegan pizza and Mexican. Not forgetting the desserts – we have crêpes and churros, cakes and snacks. All of this comes with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. While you are getting your food, we have bars for your favourite little tipple and a variety of hot and cold drinks for those who prefer a softer option.

BBQs

BBQs are strictly prohibited at the festival. There are plenty of food stalls for you to enjoy, with food to suit all palettes or you may bring a picnic.

Alcohol

We discourage bringing alcohol on-site.  Please use the reasonably priced bars on site. People deemed to be under the influence will not be served. We have a Challenge 25 policy. No glass permitted.

No camping

KMF is a day festival only; therefore, no camping is permitted.

Kids

Children cannot be left unattended – there are lots of kids’ activities for your little ones and not-so-little ones to get involved with.

All traders take cash and card payments

There are no cash machines on site, but there are several ATMs on the High Street, which is a three minute walk away.

Prohibited Items

Spot checks are carried out during the festival by the Security. You may not bring the following items to KMF:

  • Flares and Fireworks
  • BBQs
  • Weapons
  • Illegal Substances
  • Glass
  • Drugs
Food and Drink
  • Bars – There are multiple bars on site over the weekend, serving both an array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
  • Food – there is a wide variety of food on site, including food traders serving vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free food, as well as a wide selection of cuisine to tickle your taste buds.
  • You are welcome to BYO mug or cup (as long as it is not glass) to the festival. Alternatively, you can get one from any of the bars.
  • Tea, coffee and soft drinks are also available at several locations along with some delicious sweet treats to indulge in.
Being Green
  • KMF does not have straws- You won’t see plastic straws at our bars (in fact, we’ve never used them in our 29 years!).
  • We do not use disposable plastic cups here at KMF. Festival goers will need to purchase a reusable cup to drink at our bars, which are great souvenirs of the festival. Any cups that are left over after this year will be washed, dried, and stored to re-use next year.
  • All food traders’ packaging and cutlery will be certifiable compostable, and there will be no disposable plastics on sale across the site.
  • FOOD & DRINK – Plan to eat out at the various amazing food stalls as much as possible when on site. All stalls provide compostable foodware and, where possible, fair trade produce. Some of our stalls offer plant-based and vegetarian foods that have a much lower environmental impact. We have meat for those who do not wish to have a plant based meal.
  • Cigarettes – Please gather your stubs rather than dropping them! They all have to be picked up, so please do your best to help us out.
  • Keeping it local. Wherever possible, we try and keep everything local, from performers to suppliers and traders.
Accessibility

  • For ticketed events, we offer a +1 ticket. You will need to send a copy of your Nimbus Ticket for this to be issued, and you will need to have this with you at the event.

Toilets and Baby Changing
  • There are toilets situated around the festival, including accessible toilets.
  • Baby changing facilities are situated centrally in the Park toilets, which are situated next to the Park Cafe.
