Accessible Car Park
The car park is close to the Keynsham Memorial Park. If you are a Blue Badge Holder, you can park in the disabled spaces. The blue badge disabled parking is accessed by The Park, Station Road. Please note spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Assistance Dogs
All dogs on a lead are welcome. You are responsible for picking up your dog’s mess and for its behaviour. If it can’t cope with crowds and loud music, we suggest leaving your dog at home
Accessible Travel and Arrival Information
For travel details, see our FAQs
Arriving By Car
If you are being dropped off by car, there are two access points:
– Memorial Gates, Bath Hill. No waiting permitted, and one vehicle at a time.
– The Park, Station Road entrance. No waiting.
The blue badge disabled parking is accessed by The Park, Station Road. Spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Arriving By Taxi
If you are coming to the festival by taxi, tell the taxi driver to go to The Park, Station Road and tell the people there you are a disabled customer if you require further assistance.
Radar Keys
RADAR keys are used on one of our accessible toilets.
Medical Services
Medical services are located near the Skate Park. You can ask a steward in yellow high-vis to call them for you.
Accessible Toilets
There are accessible toilets in the main arena. They are situated behind the Top Stage and by the Bandstand. You will need a RADAR key to open the park toilets. This is behind the Top Stage, next to the park cafe.
Lights
There may be flashing lights, but we do not use strobe lighting or lasers.
Access Around Site
Keynsham Music Festival happens in a big park with trees and a play area. A 2026 map will be available nearer the festival.
Ground Surface
Most of the festival is grass. A concrete path runs through the festival site.
Distances
The festival is small, and all the stages are near each other. The nearest Stage is approximately 100m walk from the two main entrance gates, and all stages are between 50m and 150m from each other.
Gradients
The ground is uneven in places. There is a steep hill coming from the bottom of the park to the top. There is a route along the Bath Hill side of the park, which is more gentle for those who cannot cope with the steeper incline.
Electric wheelchairs can get to most areas without any issue.
The natural gradient should not be an issue for people who use manual wheelchairs and anyone with serious mobility impairments, once at the top of the park or at the bottom of the park.
Those entering from The Park entrance will come into the top of the park. Entering from the Memorial Gates, off Bath Hill at the bottom of the park, gives access to the Bandstand Stage, Futures Discovery Zone and other stalls and activities.
If you have any questions about the information above or if you’d like to book a telephone call to discuss anything in more detail, please get in touch with Jade at jade@keynshamfest.co.uk.
