T-Jive
Dancing is one of the most rewarding ways to care for both mind and body. It boosts lung capacity, tones muscles, strengthens your core for better balance, and sharpens mental agility, all while giving you the chance to relax and connect with others. You’ll find a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere at both T-Jive Workshops and By-Line Sessions. Established in September 2015, T-Jive runs weekly modern jive workshops.
Modern jive is a fun, accessible partner dance. Smoother than Rock ‘n’ Roll, but just as lively and enjoyable. Their sessions focus on teaching solid fundamentals, so you can build confidence from your very first class. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, you’ll feel supported as you progress.
No partner? No problem. Many attendees come on their own, and their friendly team of dancers is always on hand to lead or follow, ensuring everyone can join in.
