Life Juggling With Luke Bailey
The main motivation behind Life Juggling is to help us feel more ease and flow in life through the challenging aspects of learning and growing. It also allows us to practise being kind to ourselves and accepting of where we are right now. Juggling acclimatises us to the idea of resetting; if the ball drops, we have an opportunity to breath and try again. Using play, movement, reflective practice and juggling skills, you will be guided through a variety of group and individual exercises designed to teach the fundamentals of 3-ball juggling. You will be encouraged to try something new and let go of the idea of needing to be ‘good’ straight away.

Ribble
Ribble - two Northern men, a fiddle, a guitar, and a large beard. So far, so what? Well, add in a 90s drum synth, some mighty arrangements of meaty fiddle tunes, some songs, some wrong turns, battle scars earned busking the streets of Salisbury, a barrowload of inane banter and the feeling that your mad rum-soaked uncle is roaring at you to dance on the tables, then you’re getting close to what Ribble offer. The Argonites
Formerly known as "Griffiths and Hollingsworth", Keyboard wizard Steve Griffiths and ace singer/songwriter guitarist James Hollingsworth met on the Swansea music scene in the early 90's, but it wasn't until 2016 that they got into the studio and began work on what would turn out to be a full-production progressive rock concept album! It's a concept album, and the concept is the democratisation of knowledge of our true history on this beautiful living jewel of a planet, with a picaresque tale woven through. The album was released as a double cd to great acclaim on Friday 13th December 2024 and reached number 2 in the Hypeddit Rock Chart and has had radio play on many Prog shows. Helping to bring the album to the stage are the legendary Jan Antonius on bass, and Sam Miller (The Green Inspiration Band) on drums. There's almost a rule these days not to make long songs, or albums, or (gods forbid!) a concept album, but as Terry Pratchett made Nanny Ogg say, one of his Discworld witches: "When you break rules, break ‘em good and hard...

Chaz and Giles reached Heron Island via two different routes. Chaz has spent the last decade successfully releasing music under his solo project (Chaz Thorogood) whilst also working as a touring session musician. At the same time, Giles moved to the Swiss Alps and forged a path across the mountains in apres ski bands, whilst writing with and recording for up-and-coming artists in Switzerland. All paths lead home and the pair felt the time was right to bring together their years of experience and passion for authentic music, and to create something which truly reflected them. Heron Island is just that.
