What’s was New this Year?
The Nova Youth Arts Festival was a really exciting new addition to the festival. We were absolutely delighted to partner the Keynsham Youth Development team to bring a festival designed and developed by young people for the young people of Keynsham between the ages of 11 and 19.
Nova had their own area situated near to Echo Bridge and launched their venture on the Friday evening with a number of performances from the likes of Radio 1 DJ Seb Bailey.
Throughout the weekend there were performances, workshops, exhibition space and a chill-out zone.
KMFA congratulate Abi Gray (Youth Development Manager), her team and the Nova Youth Board who have all worked so hard to make this exciting project a reality.
We also worked closely with the Keynsham & Saltford Eco Festival to bring a whole new aspect to this year’s festival.
