Wellbeing Village - Instructors
Wellbeing Village (Small top). 4.30 – 4.55pm
Sandhya support groups and individuals to stay mentally and physically fit in the South West of England and online through yoga, pilates, walking groups, meditation groups and more. Sandhya will be introducing you to gentle, mindful movements to reduce stress. Sandhya’s motto is to take it as your own pace and be kind and gentle to your body.
Pie and Lattes
Wellbeing Village (Small top). 3.00 – 3.25pm
Kotryna is a classically trained Pilates teacher and owner of Pie&Lattes Pilates Studio in Keynsham. Kotryna offers one-to-one and small group Reformer Pilates classes in her professionally equipped studio on Keynsham High Street. Come and meet Kotryna in the Wellbeing village where you will be able to try Reformer exercises on the mat and have a fun and vigorous Pilates session.
MFR Pilates offers mixed level, chair based, high intensity and relaxation classes in the Bristol area. Classes focus on exploring movement, having fun and are suitable for all abilities! The Mini Mat class will offer something for everyone no matter what level or experience. Giving an introduction to Pilates and a session to energise and mobilise the whole body and make you feel good.
Sage Yoga Dance
Georgie began dance and gymnastics aged two and hasn't stopped moving since. Georgie, aka SageYogaDance, teaches Dance and Yoga in and around Keynsham. At Keynsham Music Festival Georgie will be teaching a fun dance class for all the family.
Be Well Kinesiology
Kinesiology is a natural complementary therapy providing a comprehensive & holistic approach; it is extremely effective as it treats the root cause (in 4 ways- physical, emotional, energetically & nutritional) rather than just the symptoms.
I’ll demonstrate muscle testing (the way to read what’s going on in your body), the impact of emotions on the body & the importance of being rebalanced

Jo Stewart (Sustainable Fitness )
Sustainable Fitness is a small, independent health and fitness collaboration, located in Upton Cheyney. We work with clients of all ages and abilities, including those with pre-existing health conditions or concerns. We offer physiotherapy, sports & remedial massage, personal training and exercise classes. Come and join us for a low impact fitness class – suitable for those requiring low impact options and a steadier pace, including seniors, those starting out, gently returning to exercise or coming back from illness or injury. No gym or exercise experience required – all welcome
Suicide Prevention Bristol
Suicide Prevention Bristol are the leading charity who actively aim to support those struggling with their mental health, and/or thoughts of suicide.
We do this by reaching those individuals who may not of reached out for support themselves. We provide a supportive, non-judgemental listening ear, with the aim to signpost individuals to the most relevant support in their time of need.
We are run solely by volunteers and accessible via our patrol teams, social media platforms online, and via our National Suicide Prevention Helpline - 0800 689 5652.
'It's ok not to be ok'
Rob is a yoga teacher from Keynsham, and has organized this year’s wellbeing village at the music festival. Rob is also known as ‘YogaDad’, which resonates as a Dad of twin boys. Rob’s philosophy is to inspire those that may not have considered yoga before to give it a try. He seeks to break down stereotypes of those that typically do yoga - this includes through his popular Yoga for Men classes in Keynsham and Saltford. Rob has a number of media appearances under his belt – this includes television and radio interviews with major media corporations – BBC, ITV and Sky TV.

Jo's style of teaching finds the right balance between effort and ease. She will guide you through a blend of movement, breath work and stillness. Allowing time for you to slow down and connect with physical sensations. A nurturing experience for you to enjoy. Designed to suit all abilities.
Alison Preston - Good Nutrition Guide
My name is Alison Preston from The Good Nutrition Guide. I am a Registered Nutritionist and I working with businesses and individuals to help encourage healthier eating habits and reduce the risk of developing diet-related ill health. I offer healthy cookery courses, accredited diet and health courses and bespoke workshops and talks. My slot at the music festival will be all about snacking. I will be demonstrating some snack ideas and you will have the opportunity to taste some, take a recipe home and give them a go at home.
Jane Keogh - Feet up for Health
I’m Jane, a reflexology practitioner, and I’m really looking forward to being part of the well-being Village at Keynsham Music festival this year!
I will be offering free 10 minute taster sessions of hand reflexology, with some soothing hand and arm massage, to encourage peace and calm. I use lovely organic aromatherapy products so your skin will feel moisturized and aromatic afterwards.
Kate - Core Rehab: Neurophysio and Pilates
Hi there! I’m Kate, a local physiotherapist who has a specialist interest in Pilates. I teach classes in Keynsham and also offer private 1:1’s at my studio in Saltford for those who have specific rehab needs or require more individualised attention. I am passionate about making Pilates fun, varied and accessible for all!
At the wellbeing village I will be teaching some simple Pilates exercises that you can do in standing. The focus will be on improving your posture and enhancing your body awareness.

Fourth Trimester Trainer offers bespoke postnatal rehabilitation, training, c-section ScarWork and massage.
I work one to one, and in small group sessions in and around Keynsham. Tailored advice and treatment helps to guide you in reconnecting to your body.
I will be chatting all things core and pelvic floor, and taking you through a relaxed mini class suitable for all, regardless of the age of your children.
