Sandhya support groups and individuals to stay mentally and physically fit in the South West of England and online through yoga, pilates, walking groups, meditation groups and more. Sandhya will be introducing you to gentle, mindful movements to reduce stress. Sandhya’s motto is to take it as your own pace and be kind and gentle to your body.

Kotryna is a classically trained Pilates teacher and owner of Pie&Lattes Pilates Studio in Keynsham. Kotryna offers one-to-one and small group Reformer Pilates classes in her professionally equipped studio on Keynsham High Street. Come and meet Kotryna in the Wellbeing village where you will be able to try Reformer exercises on the mat and have a fun and vigorous Pilates session.

MFR Pilates

MFR Pilates offers mixed level, chair based, high intensity and relaxation classes in the Bristol area. Classes focus on exploring movement, having fun and are suitable for all abilities! The Mini Mat class will offer something for everyone no matter what level or experience. Giving an introduction to Pilates and a session to energise and mobilise the whole body and make you feel good.

Georgie began dance and gymnastics aged two and hasn't stopped moving since. Georgie, aka SageYogaDance, teaches Dance and Yoga in and around Keynsham. At Keynsham Music Festival Georgie will be teaching a fun dance class for all the family.

Rob is a yoga teacher from Keynsham, and has organized this year’s wellbeing village at the music festival. Rob is also known as ‘YogaDad’, which resonates as a Dad of twin boys. Rob’s philosophy is to inspire those that may not have considered yoga before to give it a try. He seeks to break down stereotypes of those that typically do yoga - this includes through his popular Yoga for Men classes in Keynsham and Saltford. Rob has a number of media appearances under his belt – this includes television and radio interviews with major media corporations – BBC, ITV and Sky TV.

Hi there! I’m Kate, a local physiotherapist who has a specialist interest in Pilates. I teach classes in Keynsham and also offer private 1:1’s at my studio in Saltford for those who have specific rehab needs or require more individualised attention. I am passionate about making Pilates fun, varied and accessible for all!

At the wellbeing village I will be teaching some simple Pilates exercises that you can do in standing. The focus will be on improving your posture and enhancing your body awareness.
