This year the focus of the Festival is firmly on Keynsham, and Keynsham performers, some of whom go back to the very beginnings of the Festival
and have supported it ever since.
The Festival remains committed to original music and is an important regional facility for showcasing up and coming bands and musicians. That is why well over 500 apply to perform each year. Equally the Festival attracts performers from overseas who want to make inroads into the British Festival circuit.
To add to that 2017 is the 40th anniversary of Keynsham’s twinning with Libourne in France. What better opportunity for a joint Celebration in the Park on Friday 30 June with Strictly Come Keynsham an evening of dancing for all ages and abilities with the famous Thornbury swing Band.
