As a passionate Flamenco dancer, María Cristina brings vibrant, authentic entertainment to a wide range of events, including weddings, birthday celebrations, and corporate functions. She also offers one-to-one and small group tuition, welcoming all ages and abilities, so why not step in and experience the joy of Flamenco in a fun, supportive environment?
Originally from Madrid, María Cristina has dedicated most of her life to dance, training in Flamenco, Danza Española, and Ballet. While studying to become a teacher at university, she continued to nurture her love of movement, expanding her skills into Latin dance, street dance, contemporary, jazz, body expression, and aerobics.
After moving to England to work as a teacher, she continued developing her expertise in Latin dance, ballet, street dance, and tap, while also integrating dance into primary school P.E. lessons. Alongside her teaching career, she began offering Flamenco classes and performing at private events, an experience that ultimately reaffirmed her true calling: sharing the art and spirit of Flamenco with others.
María Cristina embodies what in Spain is known as “salero”, an irrepressible zest and charisma rooted in her culture, bringing energy, authenticity, and heart to every performance and class.
