Dweamah Dance Academy
Dweamah Dance Academy was founded by Amy Rowe in 2014. Based in Midsomer Norton, the academy has grown into a thriving community, with dancers travelling from across the South West to train to our high standards. What began as a single class of around 30 children, simply for fun, has developed into a vibrant academy teaching over 100 students. Our dancers now take part in shows, music videos, workshops, carnivals, events, and competitions throughout the year.
Dweamah Dance Academy is now home to three competition teams as well as an open class, and has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality training in a friendly and relaxed environment. We believe that children learn best when they are enjoying themselves, which helps them build confidence, form lasting friendships, and feel part of a supportive community.
At Dweamah, children don’t just learn to dance and compete; they also develop important life skills such as respect, trust, and good manners. Our students actively contribute to fundraising events throughout the year, and we are proud to support charities and give back to the wider community whenever we can.
